Job Description:
To be able to provide critical business & service metrics and reports to the organization, help track and maintain vendor SLAs in critical areas like WAN links, firewall & network infrastructure support. Generate MIS data to help trend incidents, track success or otherwise of changes. Help generate MIS data and reports which can be used as baselines for service improvement projects.
