Job Profile:

• Job requires providing technical support to entire organization for the entire duration of the working hours which includes handling all system in the organization.
• Installing and configuring computer systems, troubleshooting and maintaining, it will include formatting and installing of windows OS, setting up the mail accounts, User creation, Group policy maintenance.
• Installing and updating antivirus and all other Software
• Hardware configuration, maintenance, installation and troubleshooting,
• Exchange Server Administration, Microsoft Internet Security and Acceleration Server (ISA)Administration.
• SQL Server Administration
• System Center Configuration Manager Server Administration
• Backup monitoring
• All Servers log monitoring
• All Servers OS, Hardware maintenance and upgradation
• Maintaining and managing the resources by keeping their inventory, replacing parts as required
• Troubleshooting and Maintaining networks it will include assigning IP Addresses, configuring gateways, firewalls and providing uninterrupted internet availability.
• Implementing and maintaining communication equipments which includes - managing intra telephones lines with help of service providers, EPBX, setting up of VOIP
• Job also requires maintaining equipment inventory, creating and implementing a backup plan and providing support.
• Job also requires identifying and evaluating hardware and software resources and providing suggestions for their purchase and subscription.

Knowledge Required:

• Operating System - Window, Windows Server 2003 , Windows XP and Vista,
• Hardware - PC Hardware Support Skills, Network Security.
• Backups - Server Backups, PC Backups.
• Must be MCSE Certified
• Must be a Graduate
• Previous experience in Installation and Configuration of Microsoft Windows 2000/2003/2007 Servers preferred
• Should possess relevant experience in Configuring and implementing Microsoft Exchange, SCCM and OCS.
• Enjoys dealing with machines and people at a time.
