Acquire knowledge on HSBC products and procedures.
Efficiently handle inbound and outbound calls to resolve overseas customer queries.
Electronically process data and respond to customers queries pertaining to banking transaction from HSBC offices across the globe.

POSITION : CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE (VOICE PROCESS)
Excellent communication (verbal & written) skills in English
Ability to interpret & handle complex numerical data
High energy levels
Excellent negotiating & interpersonal skills
Good keyboard skills
Customer Service orientation desirable
Flexibility to work in shifts
Graduates / Intermediate Pass and pursuing their degree
